The Institute of Corporate Directors recognized SBS Philippines Corporation as one of the Top Performing Publicly Listed Companies under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) 2017. The awarding ceremony took place on July 31, 2018, at Tower Club, Makati City.
Appointed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Institute of Corporate Directors evaluates publicly listed companies in six ASEAN countries, including the Philippines. They use the ACGS to assess and rank adherence to top corporate governance practices.
