SBS Philippines Corporation Declares Cash Dividends

SBS Philippines Corporation (SBS), a top chemical distributor in the Philippines, announced cash dividends worth PHP34,099,999.98 for all stockholders of record as of July 22, 2021. Despite the global pandemic, these dividends clearly reflect SBS’s robust financial performance in 2020. Moreover, they demonstrate the company’s resilience and its ability to deliver value to shareholders under challenging conditions.

The Board of Directors approved the dividend payout of PHP0.022 per share, scheduled for release on August 5, 2021.

•  Approval Date: The Board of Directors approved the declaration of Cash Dividends on June 25, 2021
• Record Date: SBS Philippines Corporation will grant cash dividends to shareholders of record as of July 22, 2021.
• Payment Date: SBS will release the dividends on August 5, 2021.
• Entitlement: All shareholders of record shall receive PHP0.022 per share held on record date.
