SBS DECLARES STOCK DIVIDENDS

PSE / MEDIA RELEASE : DIVIDEND DECLARATION

SBS Philippines Corporation (“the Company”) announces that its Board of Directors has recommended distributing approximately 46,761,616 common shares from the unissued capital stock as stock dividends. Shareholders will receive one (1) common share for every twenty-five (25) common shares they own. The Company will disregard any resulting fractional shares.

Shareholders will vote on the 4% stock dividend declaration during the Annual Meeting scheduled for May 17, 2017. Once the Company secures the necessary regulatory approvals, the Board of Directors will finalize the distribution terms and payment details.
