SBS Holdings and Enterprises Corporation (SHEC), the real estate and investment arm of SBS Philippines Corporation, will acquire a 4.25% equity stake in Joune Holding Limited (JHL) for ₱77.0 million. The Sytengco Family, which owns the majority of JHL, reinforces the strategic alignment between both entities.
With this acquisition, SHEC expands SBS’s global investment portfolio and strengthens its presence in high-potential markets like Hong Kong. By entering JHL’s network, SHEC accelerates its cross-border growth strategy and positions SBS to capitalize on diversified business ventures across international sectors.
