SBS Philippines Corporation, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with official business address at No. 10 Resthaven Street, San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City, and its subsidiaries and associate companies (“SBS,” “We,” “us” or “our”) respect your privacy and will keep secure and confidential all personal and sensitive information that you may provide to SBS, and/or those that SBS may collect from you (“Personal Data”), in accordance with Republic Act.
